This project was created for a large family of six who lead an active lifestyle and value comfort and modern design. The family often hosts guests and spends a lot of time together, so it was important for them to have a space that met their needs for relaxation and socializing. Our task was to create a space that reflected the family's dynamic lifestyle and provided maximum comfort. The main requirements included designing open planning solutions, using natural materials and colors, and integrating modern technologies. Special attention was paid to creating cozy areas for relaxation and entertainment.
The project idea was inspired by the concept of integrating natural elements into the interior. The design was based on the image of a rock penetrating the house. Thus, on the ground floor, in the atrium, the accent element was a wall with a luxurious texture of natural stone, with a total weight of over 15 tons. A wooden fireplace was incorporated into the "body" of the rock, adding a special charm to the combination of stone and fire. The house includes two floors. The ground floor features a living-dining room that smoothly transitions into the kitchen. In the summer, the terrace adjacent to the kitchen becomes a dining room, with a separate barbecue area and a sofa group. The first level also houses a nanny's room, a children's room with a separate bathroom, and the master bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom. Technical rooms are also located on the ground floor. A two-flight staircase made of concrete, wood, and glass leads to the second floor, with live indoor plants planted under the floor level. The second floor houses two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and dressing rooms. A pleasant bonus for the upper bedrooms is separate exits to the upper terraces.

One of the most interesting solutions was creating an accent wall of natural stone in the atrium, giving the interior a unique character and a sense of natural harmony. The integration of a wooden fireplace into the "body" of the rock created a distinctive charm, combining natural elements with modern solutions. The use of large windows and glass partitions maximized the use of natural light and created a sense of space.
For the project implementation, high-quality natural materials such as stone, wood, and glass were used. The accent wall of natural stone and the wooden fireplace were the main design elements. Main material brands: Porcelanosa (tiles), Hansgrohe (plumbing), Duravit (bathroom furniture), Blum (furniture fittings), Schüco (window systems).
