Igor Martin
Ihor Martin is the Founder and CEO of Martin’s Studio, where he leads the company's vision and architecture projects. He also serves as the architect and mentor for the Hutir PTSD Treatment Center charity project. As co-owner of BAZA Hotel and IZBA Holding, Ihor plays a pivotal role in directing company growth. Since the war began, he and his team have actively supported charitable initiatives, including the Must House modular housing restoration project. Ihor also applies his creativity to product design, especially in crafting new furniture models.
Olga Novikova
Co-founder, lead designer. Holds a higher education degree in architectural environment design. Began her professional career in 2005 as an interior designer for private and public establishments. In 2008, together with Igor Martin, she founded the joint company Martin Architects. In 2019, she completed additional training in Milan in the HoReCa sector. Currently, she is the head of the design department at martins studio.
Valeria Bozhkova
Lead Architect. Valeria has been professionally active since 2014, specializing in urban planning concepts and the design of residential and commercial architecture. Since 2022, a significant portion of her projects has focused on social infrastructure. Valeria believes that the 100% path to success lies in a well-structured project roadmap, seamless teamwork (team above all), and the big idea behind the project.
Artem Zakusilov
Project manager. Over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, from concept creation to implementation. More than 20 completed projects. Co-owner of "Stav14" Wake Park. Actively engaged in volunteer activities.
Tеtiana Kotova
Architect. With over 20 years of experience in public and private architecture, Tetiana specializes in developing working documentation for interiors and actively participates in their implementation. She is also involved in designing custom furniture to ensure that the execution of the interior aligns precisely with the design concept.
Rugena Oksamutivska
Architect. Over 10 years of experience in architectural design of individual residential and public buildings, including 4 years in design. Specializes in the design of modern individual houses, commercial spaces, building and structure reconstruction, and interior design for private homes, apartments, and commercial premises. Spent half of her life involved in sports, with 14 years in swimming, including 2 years in underwater swimming, and holds the title of Candidate for Master of Sports (CMS).
Daniel Goncharov
Chief architect.Over 18 years of experience in architecture and design. Specializes in designing public and residential spaces, known for an unconventional and creative approach to project solutions
Dmytro Vladov
Architect-designer. Experience in design and architecture since 2014. Specializes in concept development, innovative solutions, and the integration of artificial intelligence into projects. Besides professional activities, passionate about visual arts and motion design, which allows bringing a pioneering approach and aesthetic perfection to their work.
Alyona Prokopenko
Interior 3D artist. A designer-visualizer who creates unique and functional spaces for residential and commercial needs. Her passion for photography and illustration adds a creative vision and attention to detail, making each interior harmonious and expressive.
Tatiyana Khromova
Оffice manager. Responsible for building the organizational structure of the office, managing paperwork, storing and archiving business documentation, preparing reports, handling office expenses, managing payment documentation, working with primary accounting documents, preparing delivery notes and invoices, and providing administrative and operational support for the office's day-to-day activities. This includes greeting guests, organizing parties, and other corporate events. She is a member of the charity fund "Zanova," which specializes in providing assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine with camouflage equipment and adaptive clothing for injured soldiers in stabilization points and hospitals.
