VIRGIN BEACH HOTEL by Martins studio received a prestigious award at the International Property Awards.

​The International Property Awards is an open competition for professionals in the residential and commercial real estate sectors worldwide. It recognizes the highest achievements of companies operating across all areas of the property industry. This international award is a globally recognized mark of excellence, and we have submitted our VIRGIN BEACH HOTEL project, hoping for an outstanding result.​

We made the decision to participate in this prestigious award and had the honor of representing Ukraine and Ukrainian developers on the global stage. The International Property Awards is an international competition where all participants submit their entries at the appropriate national level and are evaluated by a highly qualified team of professionals covering the entire spectrum of real estate disciplines. This was a challenge for us!​

Before creating the hotel's concept, we delved into the roots of Balinese culture. After studying the main mythical beings, we were captivated by the image of the mighty god Garuda, depicted as a bird and holding a prominent place in Hindu and Buddhist mythology. We decided to intertwine this legend with the architectural ensemble's concept. Additionally, the hotel's concept emphasizes eco-friendliness and ergonomics. We strived to maintain a balance between nature and technology, preserving the wild beach of Bali's coastline. The most significant challenge was the unstable sandy soils of the coast! But we persevered and considered every detail in our project: from tides and ebbs to the sun's movement, ensuring our guests' comfort on the hotel's rooftop under Garuda's wings.​

Soon, in mid-May 2025, we will learn the competition results and share them with you—so keep your fingers crossed for us. We are confident that participating in this prestigious event will be an excellent opportunity not only for the further development and promotion of our architectural and design solutions on the international stage but also for representing Ukrainian businesses globally as reliable partners creating quality projects.​
