Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architecture, proficiency in relevant software tools, a keen eye for design, and a shared enthusiasm for our mission. Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts for various projects, including master plans and buildings of diverse functions.
Collaborate with project teams to contribute to all stages of design, from conceptualization and 3D visualization to execution and client presentations.
Construct BIM models and generate comprehensive sets of drawings.
Engage in author supervision to ensure the realization of design concepts, liaising with contractors and clients to resolve any issues that may arise.
Commit to continuous professional development through training opportunities and personal growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in architectural software such as ArchiCAD (or Revit), 3D studioMAX + Corona render, and Photoshop.
Strong hand sketching and presentation skills.
Familiarity with BIM design principles and their practical application.Experience with project management and coordination.
Thorough understanding of regulatory standards and codes in architecture.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Dedication to staying abreast of industry trends while respecting traditional design principles.Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
