The suburban house project located in the 9 Elements cottage town was designed for a modern family considering purchasing a house in the area but struggling to envision the interior. We incorporated contemporary trends and the preferences of many of our clients. This two-story house, with a total area of 150 sq.m, exemplifies a functional and stylish space for comfortable living. The main task was to create an interior that reflects modern trends and meets the demands of a typical family. It was crucial to ensure comfort and functionality for all family members, create cozy living areas, and provide ample storage space. Considering the clients' preferences was a key aspect of the project to create a space that meets their needs and tastes.
The two-story house, with a total area of 150 sq.m, includes three bedrooms, four bathrooms, one storage room, a living room, and a kitchen-dining area. The ground floor houses the living room, kitchen-dining area, and one bathroom. The second floor features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious storage room. The house's layout was designed to maximize comfort for all family members, ensuring functionality and convenience in daily life. During the project's implementation, modern materials and technologies were used to ensure high quality and durability. One of the main challenges was creating a functional space within the limited area. We addressed this by using ergonomic furniture and smart room layouts. Large windows were used to provide natural lighting, creating a sense of space and coziness.
