The kitchen-living room in the PmT House project is the main reception area of the house, which perfectly meets the customer's wishes for a bright and open space. Since the room is quite small, and there are many functional areas and use cases, we have selected interesting options to implement all the ideas. The key feature was the kitchen area, made in the form of a wooden cube, which forms the central point of the interior. It is complemented by an olive island, which not only adds a colour accent but also performs several functions: dining and working. An oven is hidden at the end of the island, and the storage areas are organised in the most ergonomic way.
Mirrored panels on the bathroom wall visually expand the space, and a radius rounding made of glass blocks creates a smooth transition to the soft zone. This solution adds lightness to the interior and unites the space into a harmonious ensemble. The master bedroom in the PmT House project stands out with its unconventional proportions: a tall ceiling relative to its floor space. To avoid a «well-like» feeling and create a cozy atmosphere, we decided to visually divide the space. The ceiling and part of the walls were clad with wooden slats, not only balancing the proportions but also connecting the interior design to the terrace’s exterior cladding.
In the bathroom design of the project, we continued the concept of calmness and naturalness by using natural materials and muted tones that harmoniously echo the bedroom. Microcement walls, instead of traditional tiles, allowed us to create a seamless and cohesive space without grout lines. All plumbing fixtures are concealed, enhancing the minimalist aesthetic and ensuring a clean, uncluttered look. A standout feature is the illuminated ceiling in the shower area. It not only provides soft, natural-like lighting but also serves as a unique design element in the space. A practical touch was extending the large washbasin into a countertop that doubles as a makeup vanity, blending functionality with elegance. The design of this bathroom embodies elegant simplicity, where every element is thoughtfully curated to serve its purpose seamlessly.
The eldest daughter's bedroom became an example of how to combine stylish design with practical solutions. We divided the space into three main areas: a work area, a bedroom, and a dressing room. The work area offers a comfortable desk for creativity, a spacious bookcase and a cosy corner by the window where you can enjoy the view of the courtyard. The sleeping area with a comfortable bed and a wooden headboard separating the dressing room and bathroom creates a sense of privacy. The dressing room is complemented by a full-length mirror with lighting, adding functionality to the space. The bathroom is made in the same colours as the bedroom, creating a single concept. The natural travertine on the floor and in the bathtub decoration adds naturalness and lightness. The shelf between the washbasin and the bathtub has become a great functional solution for storing products, and the mirror with a broken geometry visually enlarges the space. This area successfully combines aesthetics and practicality, creating an atmosphere that inspires creativity and relaxation
