LONDON cofe house

Working on the interior design for the London coffee house, the designers of the studio sought to convey the atmosphere of the modern capital of Misty Albion, combining the spirit of good old England and elements of the youth subculture. So the idea came up to divide the room into two zones. As envisaged by the interior design project, one is made in the spirit of a traditional English living room.

Here guests can comfortably sit in deep checkered chairs in front of a decorative fireplace. The second zone became the personification of modern London with elements of a youth underground. On the brick wall is a copy of the famous Banksy graffiti “Queen Elizabeth in the image of Ziggy Stardust David Bowie”. The lamps above the bar counters are styled as Edison retro bulbs, and the pendant spider lamp with vintage lights became the light source in the “modern” zone.

Entrance to the institution is a classic red telephone box – one of the most recognizable symbols of the UK. But in the bathroom, almost everything reminds of the London Underground – from traditional tile to the subway scheme. The most unexpected element in this room was the old sewer manhole, which can be seen if you look at the ceiling.

By the way, many interior items were brought to Kyiv directly from London, which, of course, helped to add sincerity and the right atmosphere to the interior of this establishment.
