BILLY

This house is located in the cottage town "9 Elements". Recently, suburban private houses up to 200 sq. m are becoming more and more popular. Despite the fact that this house is only 140 sq. m, smart planning allowed us to obtain the necessary rooms of comfortable size. There are three bedrooms, a cozy living room with a kitchen, and three bathrooms. To minimize the use of separate cabinets, the house has four walk-in closets.

The main task was to create a cozy house for a small family, where each interior element would reflect their personality and lifestyle. The challenge was to provide comfort and functionality while keeping the space bright, open, and welcoming.

The project idea was to create a natural, tranquil atmosphere that reflects the balance between people and nature. The use of natural colors and materials helped to create an atmosphere where everyone can feel at home.

Planning included placing functional areas to maximize space utilization and ensure convenience in everyday life. Each room was carefully considered to provide optimal space organization and improve functionality.
