The project of the 10-story residential complex Cinema House was created for those who value safety and convenience in their own home. The complex offers a wide range of amenities available to the residents, including a private cinema, a modern gym, and a dedicated children’s room.
Furthermore, the complex features a co-working space for residents to focus on their work, as well as an event hall that can be utilized for meetings, presentations, or social gatherings. Additionally, a storage area is provided within the complex to accommodate strollers, bicycles, and scooters, ensuring the convenience of the residents.
This project was conceived with the objective of distinguishing itself from neighboring new developments, both in terms of its conceptual framework and its visual aesthetics. Notably, the design incorporates natural forms that enhance the building’s volumetric qualities and mitigate the rectangular configuration of the structure in plan.
Moreover, the decorative facade design draws inspiration from sand dunes found in desert landscapes, while the initial project sketches were originated during a visit to the United Arab Emirates in 2020. Previously known as “Z – community,” the residential complex underwent a name change in 2022 due to political and ethical considerations.
