This project of the private aviation club building impresses with its modern architecture and functionality that meets the requirements and expectations of aviation enthusiasts. The main building has two floors with large glass panels that provide natural lighting and offer a view of the runway. On the first floor, there are administrative offices, pilot lounges, technical and service areas, as well as classrooms for training.

The second floor is dedicated to a space where club members can spend time in comfortable conditions. Here, there is a lounge area with a panoramic view, a restaurant, and a bar. The large terrace on the second floor is ideal for watching flights and hosting social events. Special mention should be made of the observation tower located on the roof of the building. It provides a full view of the runway and the surrounding area, which is important for flight coordination and safety.

The facade of the building is designed in a modern style with red and dark vertical panels, giving it a dynamic yet sleek appearance. This color scheme emphasizes the club’s exclusivity and innovative approach. Overall, this project embodies a modern approach to the architecture of aviation clubs, combining functionality, comfort, and aesthetics.
