BELOVE

The project is designed in an authorial style of functional contemporary, with a beloved combination of natural textures, earthy tones, and modern decor and furniture elements. The first floor, with a total area of 110 m² and ceiling heights of 5.8 m in the kitchen area, is a communal space for the family. The entrance hall, guest bathroom, and boiler room are also located on the first level.

The overall design solutions are built on the combination of straight, strict forms with soft ones. The rounded shapes of the Rico chairs and Insert coffee tables from Ferm Living, together with the incredible LUCEPLAN Stochastic pendant, are perfectly combined with the rough, textured wall in the living room. The double-sided fireplace allows enjoying the fire from two rooms simultaneously.

The walls of the first floor are adorned with walnut veneer panels, just like the kitchen and island facades. The unifying color element is the natural stone used for the kitchen and island countertops.

The second floor features a master bedroom with a terrace, a children's room, a guest room, and a bathroom. In creating the interior of the second-floor rooms, convenience and aesthetics were considered.
