The club house is located in the Kyiv region, Ukraine, and covers a total area of 2500 square meters. The project, completed in 2019, was designed by a team of talented architects: Igor Martin, Yuliya Bratunyak, Andriy Mospanyuk, and Anna Romanova. This residential building is a perfect embodiment of contemporary European trends in architecture and design, seamlessly integrating modern aesthetics with functional living spaces.
The architectural design of the club house features a striking combination of black and white facades, accented with bold yellow frames around the windows. This color scheme creates a visually appealing contrast, giving the building a modern and dynamic look. The two-story structures are designed to maximize natural light and provide ample living space for the residents. The upper floors are connected to the lower levels through large glass overhangs, enhancing the sense of openness and transparency.
The outdoor area of the club house is thoughtfully designed to provide a variety of recreational options for the residents. A central swimming pool serves as the focal point, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating areas. The pool area is complemented by landscaped gardens and wooden pergolas, creating a serene and inviting environment for relaxation and social gatherings. The use of natural materials and lush greenery enhances the overall aesthetic and promotes a sense of tranquility.
In addition to the swimming pool, the club house features a well-equipped sports court for basketball and other activities. This facility encourages an active lifestyle and provides a space for both children and adults to engage in physical exercise. Adjacent to the sports court is a playground designed for younger residents, featuring a variety of play structures and safe, interactive equipment. This combination of amenities ensures that residents of all ages have access to enjoyable and engaging outdoor activities.
