At this stage, we focus on precise planning, material specifications, lighting, and furniture layout. We develop detailed drawings for each element, covering everything from electrical and heating systems to air conditioning distribution.
For development projects, we create a comprehensive financial model, analyzing three scenarios—optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic—to ensure transparency for investors and account for potential risks. We also prepare documentation for legal and environmental approvals, develop a project timeline, and conduct cost estimations.
Process Control
