Stages of Product Design

Analysis and Technical Specifications

We thoroughly develop the technical specifications for the design of future products, analyzing existing analogs of similar items to avoid overlaps. We carefully select materials that will be used in production. Every stage of our work is aimed at achieving the highest standards of quality and incorporating an innovative approach.

Concept

At this stage, we create hand-drawn sketches of product design in several variations. We thoroughly explore different design approaches to create several conceptual options that match the client's vision. The concept includes a harmonious combination of aesthetic and functional solutions, allowing us to select the best variant for further development.

3D Visualization

We create a 3D model of the chosen design option and produce photorealistic 3D visualizations. This type of visualization allows clients to see the final appearance of the product before production begins. It enables clients to make adjustments during the design stage, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring the design aligns with their expectations.

Drawings

We create detailed drawings for the future production of this item, considering all aspects of the technological process and using modern manufacturing methods. Creating a prototype

At this stage, we prototype the product design, adjusting drawings and refining models. Serial production

After the prototype is completed, we move to the preparation and production of a series of design items.
