M-RIT — апарт-отель в Карпатах, всего в 15 минутах от Буковеля, неподалеку от Великого перевала. Проект занимает участок площадью 2 га с возможностью расширения до 5 га. С территории открывается панорамный вид на вершины Карпат: Говерлу, Петрос и Близницы. Главный корпус отеля расположен на самой высокой точке, что обеспечивает великолепные виды из номеров и бунгало, а также изоляцию от шума дорог. Архитектурный дизайн крыши, напоминающий горные вершины, гармонично вписывается в окружающую среду.
Дополнительные удобства включают современный тренажёрный зал, коворкинг-пространство для работы и услуги консьержа. В проекте применены передовые стальные технологии в современном строительстве и обслуживании, что подчёркивает экологическую ответственность отеля. Ожидается, что инвестиции окупятся быстро — в течение 6 лет; сейчас проект находится на ранней стадии планирования. M-RIT сочетает современный комфорт с подлинной природной красотой величественных Карпат, предлагая гостям уникальный опыт отдыха.
