The design of a two-story residential house for a family of six emerged from the initial idea of a rock penetrating into the interior. Therefore, on the first floor, in the atrium, the focal point of the space became a wall with a luxurious texture made of natural stone, the total weight of which exceeds 15 tons. Inside the "body" of the rock, the project designers, Igor Martin, Anna Romanova, and Olga Novikova from the studio, incorporated a wood-burning fireplace.

The combination of stone and fire added a special charm to the interior. Thanks to natural materials, colors, and textures, the project turned out to be timeless. The first floor of the house accommodates a spacious living-dining area that seamlessly transitions into the kitchen. During the summer, the terrace adjacent to the kitchen becomes a dining area, complete with a separate barbecue zone and a seating group. During the summer, the terrace adjacent to the kitchen transforms into a dining area with a separate barbecue zone and a seating group.

On the first level, there is a nanny's room, a children's room with a separate bathroom, and the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom. Technical rooms and a spacious laundry room are also located on the first floor. A two-flight staircase made of concrete, wood, and glass leads to the second floor. Beneath the staircase, live indoor plants are planted at floor level. On the second level, there are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and dressing rooms. A pleasant addition for the upper bedrooms is the individual access to the upper terraces. On the second level, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and walk-in closets are situated.
